Mesh Warranty – Terms and Conditions

At EZY Solar Cleaning, we stand behind the quality of our mesh products and professional installation services. To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your mesh protection system, we offer a comprehensive 10-year warranty under the following terms and conditions.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. Coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in the mesh or clips

  • Installation defects directly resulting from our workmanship

Note: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Maintenance Requirements

To keep your warranty valid, the following maintenance must be adhered to:

  • Solar Panel Cleaning: Panels must be professionally cleaned and inspected at least once every 24 months. Failure to comply will void the warranty.

  • Mesh Inspection: A visual inspection of the mesh and clips must be carried out during cleaning to identify any damage or wear that could impact performance.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Natural Disasters: Damage caused by storms, hail, floods, lightning, earthquakes, or other natural events

  • Accidental Damage: Impacts from falling debris, animals, or other external forces

  • Unauthorised Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs or alterations made by parties other than Shine Panel Care

  • Neglect or Lack of Maintenance: Failure to clean and inspect the system as outlined above

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at 0721 001 817 with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. We will schedule an inspection to assess the claim.

  3. If approved, Shine Panel Care will repair or replace the defective mesh components at no additional cost.

Additional Terms

  • Warranty Start Date: Commences on the original installation date

  • Labour Coverage: Labour is covered for the first 12 months from installation. After this period, labour charges may apply.
