At EZY Solar Cleaning, we’re committed to delivering lasting results when it comes to protecting your solar system. To back that promise, every mesh installation comes with a 10-year warranty covering both the product and our workmanship
What’s Covered
This warranty safeguards your investment by covering:
Material faults – any defects in the mesh or fastening clips that occur under normal conditions.
Workmanship issues – problems caused by installation errors directly carried out by our team.
- Warranty start date: The coverage begins on the date of installation.
This coverage applies exclusively to the original customer and is non-transferable.
Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:
Contact us with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your request and if needed schedule an inspection to assess the claim. Our team will repair or replace the defective mesh components at no additional cost.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:
- External or Accidental Impacts: Harm caused by falling branches, animals, or other outside forces beyond normal conditions.
- Extreme Weather Events: Any damage resulting from hail, high winds, flooding, lightning strikes, earthquakes, or other severe natural conditions.
- Unauthorised Work: Issues arising from alterations, adjustments, or repairs carried out by anyone other than EZY Solar Cleaning or its approved installers.
- Improper Care: Problems linked to lack of reasonable upkeep, including not following the recommended cleaning or inspection guidelines.
- Neglect or misuse, including failure to maintain panels and mesh in line with the care requirements.
Care & Maintenance
To keep this warranty valid, some simple upkeep steps are required:
- Panel servicing: A professional clean and inspection should be performed at least once every two years. During servicing, the mesh and clips must be inspected to confirm there’s no movement, damage, or deterioration.
